OUR APPROACH
We design and build kitchens —the hardest, most important roomin the house — for the South Bay,every single day.
Why that matters

OUR SPECIALTY

Kitchens are our specialty — so we do them better

Almost every remodeler in the South Bay is "kitchen and bath," or a general contractor who'll take whatever job walks in. Kitchens are what this team does, day in and day out, in these eight cities. That focus shows up in the details that make or break a kitchen: how a full-height slab backsplash meets an outlet, how panel-ready refrigeration sits flush with custom cabinetry, how a 100-amp panel in a 1950s bungalow needs an upgrade before you can add an induction cooktop.

Specialization is also how we de-risk the scariest remodel in the house. When a crew has done your exact kind of project a hundred times, there are far fewer surprises behind the walls — and far fewer "how did they get this so wrong" moments at the reveal.

We design and build around the brands South Bay homeowners ask for — Sub-Zero, Wolf, Cove, Thermador, Miele, and Gaggenau appliances; Cambria, Caesarstone, and natural quartzite counters; fully custom cabinetry in white oak, walnut, and painted finishes. If you have a wish list, we install it to spec.

    Design.

Real renderings, layout options, and material selections — with you choosing, not us dictating.

  3. 03

  4. 04

    Reveal.

A full walkthrough, a punch list closed out, and a warranty in writing.

LOCAL FLUENCY

We know every South Bay building department

There is no single "South Bay" building department. Each city runs its own — its own portal, its own fees, its own plan-check timeline, its own zoning step. Torrance wants a Zoning Clearance first and went fully digital in January 2026. El Segundo routes everything through its EZ Permit Hub. Redondo and Hermosa issue their own Coastal Development Permits. And on the Peninsula, the city permit is only half the story — Palos Verdes Estates adds an Art Jury review for exterior changes on top.

We've pulled permits in your city. We know the inspectors and the correction cycles that trip up out-of-area contractors. That local fluency saves you real time and real money.

Frequently asked questions

Are kitchens your specialty?

Absolutely. Kitchens are our focus — in the South Bay, every day — and that specialized, repeated experience is exactly why we do them well and finish without surprises.

Which cities do you serve?

Torrance, Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, El Segundo, Palos Verdes Estates, Rancho Palos Verdes, and Rolling Hills Estates — the full South Bay.

How much does a South Bay kitchen remodel cost?

It depends on scope, size, and finishes. Mid-to-high coastal South Bay remodels commonly run in the $70k–$120k+ range, but that's a market norm, not a quote. Your project is priced after we see it. See our kitchen remodel cost page for how the investment breaks down.

Will I need a permit?

Almost always, unless the work is purely cosmetic. Anything touching electrical, plumbing, ventilation, or walls needs one. We pull the permits and handle inspections for you.

How do I get started?

Request a consultation and we'll get back to you — usually the same day. We'll come see your kitchen, talk honestly about budget, and show you what's possible.
