South Bay Kitchens is the kitchen-focused brand of Decoma Industries, a South Bay builder since 1978. This policy explains what information we collect when you use southbaykitchens.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our consultation request form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the city your project is in, and the project details you describe. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. With your consent, we use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, general location, device and browser type, and similar usage data. We do not collect this until you allow it in regions that require opt-in, and you can decline it anywhere (see “Cookies and analytics” below).
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not ask for payment details through this website.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your request, schedule and prepare for a consultation, communicate with you about your project, and provide our services. We use analytics data, when permitted, to improve the site and understand what’s useful to visitors. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode. When you first visit, you can Accept or Decline analytics cookies. Visitors in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland are set to “denied” by default until they accept. If you decline, we set only what’s needed for the site to function. You can at any time.
Google Analytics is provided by Google LLC. You can learn more from Google’s privacy resources, and you can opt out of Google Analytics across sites using Google’s browser add-on.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us operate, and with our parent company where needed to serve you:
- Email delivery. Consultation requests are delivered to us by email through Resend, our email service provider.
- Analytics. Usage data is processed by Google Analytics, subject to your consent choice.
- Decoma Industries. As the parent company and licensed builder behind South Bay Kitchens, Decoma’s team may handle your request to schedule and complete your project.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We keep the details you send us for as long as needed to respond to your request and provide services, and as required for our legitimate business and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information (see “Your privacy rights”).
Your privacy rights
California residents (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by law. EEA/UK residents (GDPR). Where applicable, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
